Al het brood en banket wordt gebakken in de steenovens in eigen bakkerij achter de winkel In 1905 is de grootvader van de huidige bakker begonnen met broodbakken.
De bakkerij is gestart in 1911.
In 1944 is bij een luchtaanval het winkelpand door een bom verwoest.
Alleen de muren stonden nog overeind, maar gelukkig werd de garage gespaard.
Er werd tijdelijk in de open lucht brood gebakken.
Eind jaren '40 is het winkelpand herbouwd..
De bakkerij is altijd binnen de familie geweest en sinds 1989 bestaan de bakkerij en de winkel in zijn huidige vorm.
