Broad Street Mill is located inside the old Spalding Knitting Mill.
The owner Steve Morris began renovations several years ago and opened the Salvage Depot which is located in the downstairs.
The other half of the Mill was renovated and opened as a school for gifted children and a Chiropractor office.
The upstairs of the Mill now consist of 12 individually owned shops along with the Elks Lodge and 2 apartments.
