I am a Face and Voice of Recovery and a Professional Counselor in state of Pennsylvania (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
My approach is being real and authentic; while believing in the positive potential of all clients.
I thrive in a helping profession and counseling men and women18 and over, that suffer from the “isms” surrounding pre and post circumstances of addictions.
In my professional career and methodology, I focus on the persons’ views of self and the world, not the substances being abused.
By forging a therapeutic alliance, we stop giving the substance the power and construct a new world for an improved person to thrive.
I have professionally addressed anxieties, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, social anxieties and identity issues.
I use an eclectic theoretic foundation rooted in person centered, CBT, existentialism, while implementing spiritual and holistic interventions that motivate and involve the person in appreciating and participating in their own lives.
