My teachings focus on Vinyasa, Vinyasa Power, and Restorative (Yin and Hatha) styles of yoga.
I work with my clients to focus on the physical challenge, mind-body awareness, and spiritual centering that the practice allows..

I have instructed all levels of Yoga, from Beginner through Advanced, working with both men and women to guide students in their own practice.
