I’ve been massaging since I was 12 years old and I've been a serious student of the mind-body connection for over 25 years.

A backpacking trip to Africa at age 25 and some nasty tropical diseases left me with mysterious health problems I couldn't shake.
That set me on a path of self discovery.
I went on to study at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies and gain qualifications in Bodywork Therapies.
I later gained qualifications in specialist bodywork techniques from the Centre of Human Transformation incorporating leading edge human consciousness, rolfing, and techniques to access and release cellular memory.

These were exciting and interesting developments but my symptoms were still present - like a program running in the background that slows everything down and makes it less efficient.
I lived with food sensitivities, debilitating gut symptoms, migraines, bone weary fatigue, transient pain and mental fog.
I had always been interested in diet and nutrition but after many years of managing my symptoms, countless special diets, eliminating this and that but only getting temporary relief, I was fed up and feeling defeated.
I ate a wholefood, organic diet, I meditated, I was so so good, but as time went on my symptoms were not only still there, they were getting harder and harder to manage.

Then finally, in 2015 (25 years down the track) I finally stumbled on something that works for me and has transformed my health.
Its simple and easy and not what I expected.
I’m delighted to say I feel better than I have for years.
I sleep, I have energy, my brain works and I sing regularly and loud.
