For the past year I've been looking for a little "breathing space.” After much soul searching, I've found it and would love for you to join me! .
For over seven years now, I have had the privilege of seeing my wonderful clients at Facing Thayer and creating a boutique and business that has provided my staff and myself with amazing satisfaction and success.
I love my time at the spa and will continue to own, operate, and spend significant time at Facing Thayer, my true love.
However, I have made the decision to evolve professionally by moving my esthetic practice in a more holistic, healing, personalized direction.

But first, put your mind to rest! Facing Thayer will continue to provide all of the professional and varied services you’ve come to love and expect over these almost 8 years.

For the past year I have been changing my lifestyle, expanding my education, and envisioning a new concept for the evolution of my career.
Throughout this year of study, experience, and growth, I have chosen to bring Reiki and Ayurveda into my personal and professional life.
Reiki is healing energy work, and Ayurveda is an ancient system of holistic medicine from India that incorporates diet, yoga, herbal therapy, meditation, and bodywork into one’s lifestyle.
I received my Reiki Certification last winter at the Kripalu Institute in western Massachusetts and will attain the level of Reiki Master there this fall.
In addition, I am proud to announce that I have been accepted into the Ayurvedic Therapist Program at Kripalu this fall as well.
The completion of this 9 month program will allow me to advise, guide, and teach Ayurvedic methods and lifestyle choices to my clients.
It will additionally allow me to offer Ayurvedic body treatments to my existing regimen of esthetic services.
