Detailed description is I've been interested in the automotive industry since an early age and I am dedicated to providing my clients with the absolute best service, no exceptions I have been fascinated by the automotive industry for as long as I can remember.
I remember many days working on cars with my Dad and various family friends ever since I was a child.
My favourite car to work on was hands down his 1969 Pontiac Lemans Convertible with a 400 big block, he's had the car since I could barely speak, he still has it to this day.
With the sentimental value that we have built into this car it wont be going anywhere anytime soon.
My Dad is the biggest influence in my life and I wouldn't have it any other way he is a true philanthropist.
He is a great man who strongly believes in honesty, integrity and hard work but it's impossible to put his mindset into words.
I have seen very few people with the work ethic that causes my Dad Stephen to put 110% into everything he does without a second thought.
It has become second nature for him to do the best he possibly can in all aspects of life including his work, relationships with friends and family, charity, spreading positivity to others and so much more.
The best way for me to show my respect and appreciation to my Father for everything he has done for not only me but all the random faces hes helped is to continue his legacy through my own actions.
He works at a factory that builds the machines used in automotive assembly and manufacturing plants.
I started my career in car sales at a small used car dealership in Cambridge and immediately started taking notes.
The fact that it wasn't as big as some of the other dealerships at first discouraged me but looking back it actually helped me to understand every aspect of the sale from the initial meet and greet to the delivery of the vehicle.
I worked alongside the owner or his son everyday learning everything I could about the sales process and back end over the next few months.
Sadly with the amount of traffic the dealership received my opportunity was very limited and I knew I had the potential for much more.
So in December I chose to accept an offer from the largest used car dealership in the city and ended up selling 7 cars in the last week and half of the month with no leads.
This dealership was filled with a lot of interpersonal conflict and I quickly found myself looking for a way out.
A workplace like this can be extremely counterproductive so once again I found myself moving on to a new opportunity.
I was interested in going to a new car dealership so I would have the opportunity to sell brand new cars as well as used cars.
I quickly got offers from both Mazda and Nissan despite the fact I had a suspended drivers license which can really hold you back in the car industry but I do not take no for an answer.
I ended up choosing to go with Nissan and after only a few months of being in new car sales I was head hunted to come over to Waterloo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.
They not only offered more money but they also gave me the opportunity to begin selling domestic muscle cars.
The same cars that me and my Dad Stephen had spent many days working on together.
The same cars that had brought us so much closer.
So I'm sure its clear enough at this point that I took the offer and I have never looked back
