Depuis 2001, vous avez la garantie de consommer un produit 100% artisanal et surtout local.
Toutes nos bières sont fabriquées avec des houblons d'Alsace, de purs malts d'orge et bien sûr avec l'eau de Saint-Pierre qui a une qualité d'eau de source.
Nos bières sont de fermentation haute, non filtrées, non pasteurisées, de garde sur lie, refermentées en bouteille dans la tradition des bières d’abbaye.
