Detailed description is Fabricant de bières artisanales locales depuis 2001 en Côte d'Or C'est en septembre 2001 que Virgile Berthiot a créé La Brasserie des Trois Fontaines à Fenay, après une formation de perfectionnement à l'Institut Français de Boisson et de Malterie.

Virgile a créé la gamme Mandubienne et a décliné 4 sortes de bière : Blonde, Ambrée, Brun et Blanche.
Il produit également la gamme Téméraire (Ambrée au cassis, Blonde au Marc de Bourgogne, Blanche aux épices de Pain d'Epices)..

Si aujourd'hui une partie du houblon utilisé vient d'Alsace, le but de Virgile est de produire à terme des bières quasi 100% Côte d'Orienne grâce au Houblon Tardif Jaune de Bourgogne replanté en Côte d'Or depuis plus de 10 ans (et dont la Brasserie a l'entière exclusivité) et à l'orge cultivé dans un rayon de 15km autour de la Brasserie..
