5pm - 6pm Youth Class (Ages 9 - 14).
Classes consist of cardio and strength training as well as fundamental boxing tuition.
Beginner and intermediate students are taught boxing technique, shadow boxing, heavy bag and speed bag working.
(Non contact class).

6pm - 7:30 Adult and Advanced Youth Class.
Cardio, stretching and balance.
Core and abdominal training.
Shadow boxing, heavy bag and speed bag work.
Competitive members will have the opportunity to spar providing an additional coach is available to instruct and officiate..

This class focuses on a high level of cardio based activity, abdominal and core exercises.
Members may be partnered for basic boxing, techniques, footwork and head movement.
(Non contact) Sparing will be available on this night for both beginners and advanced students..

Emphasis is given to competitive members and those who wish to become involved in the combat aspect of the sport.
Boxing techniques will be taught through sparing and full contact scenarios, Non competitive members are welcome to use the facility in a self directed capacity..
