- Because I love the beaches, amazing weather year-round and the immense history of the region.
Fond childhood memories of trips to Kure Beach with family may have also influenced my decision to move here ☺..

Why do you believe in Jesus Christ? .
- Because by following His example and gospel, I know I can live a joy-filled life of happiness, adventure and love.

Why do you CrossFit? .
- I’m actually still new to the sport, but I saw the positive impact it had on a friend and decided to give it a try…now I’m addicted! The sense of accomplishment you feel once you’ve survived another workout is incredible! I would recommend it to anyone..
