Detailed description is BostonWise is a company dedicated to creating cross-cultural connections through educational experiences in China and the United States of America.
BostonWise builds two-way bridges across cultures; our current focus is to promote Sino-US educational and cultural exchanges through educational experiences for students.
During the past years, BostonWise has successfully run summer programs at Stonehill College, MCPHS University, Tufts University, and Roger Williams University in order to further our mission to create meaningful and life-changing experiences for students both domestic and foreign.
We have brought multiple groups of Chinese students visiting Massachusetts schools on an incredible journey throughout our state and our education system.
We will also be taking American students and educators to China in April, 2016.

This spring alone, three high schools from Guangzhou, China have established a plan to send several groups of students to attend U.S.
high schools for two weeks in May.
The three schools are: The affiliated school of Guangzhou University, Guangzhou Concord High School, and Guangzhou No.6 Secondary School.
All of the three schools are top tier schools in Guangzhou, a city of over 13 million people.
All the students are taught with an English curriculum.

Our goal in bringing these students to the United States is part of our mission in raising cultural awareness and embracing the societal differences between our countries, all in order to better understand each other and ourselves.
Through exposure to American school, home, and everyday lifestyle, Chinese foreign exchange students can expect to learn a great number of things in our country.
Their time here can be used to improve their English skills and form lifelong relationships and memories with members of our communities.
On the other hand, American students can also expect to learn a lot from their time alongside Chinese students, and their times spent abroad.
Since the Chinese students are going to live with host families and shadow “school-buddies” in class here, they will share much information about their own home lives and experiences in China, and their county’s rich culture and history, which may surprise and excite their hosts and classmates.
It is by these same interactions that we hope our students and our new exchange students can begin to explore their world as global citizens.
