BoPat Farms is a family registered Angus seedstock operation owned by Larry and Betty Lou Patterson.
The business started in 1964 as a row crop and livestock operation producing cotton, corn, soybeans, hogs and cattle in a partnership with Betty’s parents.
The first registered Angus cattle were purchased in 1967 and the herd has evolved to become the major enterprise of the farm.
Bulls were sold private treaty until the first “Bulls and More” production sale was held in 1996.
The sale has grown in quantity and quality as we prepare to host our 21st annual sale.
Yearling bulls are produced and developed in a practical way on feeds grown on the farm.
