Detailed description is Boone's Beans & Greens grows a wide variety of fresh micro greens - salad components, herbs, and components to create a variety of infusions.
Those of you who know me understand well my passion for making green things grow, and making them grow well.
In an effort to expand our growing horizons, Kathleen and I have started a hydroponic, vertical microgreen garden here in Eastport, both for ourselves and to make delicious, nutritious microgreens available to others.

We are at the point now where our production has scaled to the point that we can offer our microgreens to friends, neighbors, and local Eastport restaurants.
Today we have available a limited quantity of the following microgreens:.

- Daikon radish (spicy!).
- Mizuna mustard (less spicy, with a mustard flair).
- Broccoli (nutty and spicy all in one).
- Fennel (licorice flavor – great on duck or as an infusion).
- Buckwheat (amember me?).
- Afila (tendril) peas (looks great as a garnish, and also delicious!).

- Red ruby chard.
- Rubens beet.
- Borage (although most of this is already spoken for to create a cucumber vodka infusion.
