BMK stands for "Bangali Mashi's Kitchen"..

Bangali Mashi's Kitchen was a Bengali restaurant owned by my wife and I in Mumbai.
We were the first to introduce the Bengali thali in Mumbai.
The restaurant opened in Dec 2009.
We closed the restaurant in February 2014 when we first made the decision to relocate to Santiniketan.
