*NOTICE: If you are under the age of 18, we require a parent's or legal guardian's consent before being allowed to become a member or trying out a free class..

*FIRST CLASS IS FREE*.
-What that means is that you are allowed to tryout one free boxing/kickboxing class and one free jiu jitsu class..

*Each class lasts approximately an hour*.

GYM SCHEDULE:.
-MORNING Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 10:30AM-11:30AM.

-EVENING Classes are Monday-Friday: Starting @5:00PM - 6:00PM; 6:00PM - 7:00PM.

Kids Classes---> Mon, Wed---> From 4:00pm-5:00pm (Ages 6-14).

Jiu Jitsu Classes--->Mon and Wed--->From 6:00PM-8:00PM.

-Saturday---> From 9am-1pm (Open Gym).
