Ocean Blvd., Bolton’s Blue Water Café & Beach Bar is one of the only resort restaurants & bars open to the public.
Opened in June 2015, Bolton’s Blue Water Café & Beach Bar is owned and operated by the Nationally Accredited James Bolton.
Before becoming a restauranteur, Bolton had a decorated career as a police officer, paramedic, and firefighter, having been awarded numerous commendations such as “Police Officer of the Year”.
James even was signed to a record label having an award winning Southern Gospel Album.
His career took him many places—he traveled extensively throughout the United States and, during his travels, he realized his great love for food.
Everywhere Bolton went he picked up recipes and added them to his own cooking repertoire..
