Erin grew up on a small family owned dairy farm in Lebanon PA.
After completing her undergraduate degree in Animal Science at Cornell University, Erin moved to Massachusetts.

Our small farm includes a herd of Simmental Beef cattle include an eye pleasing mix of red and black shades out grazing on the pastures.
As well as locally raised pork, two cattle dogs and a kitten! .

The cattle spend the spring, summers and autumns grazing on rotationally managed pastures located in the small town of Plympton MA.
They receive a mineral supplement which compliments their pasture based diets.
