Blue Heron Coffeehouse began in September 1998 in Winona MN, directly across from Winona State University and began providing quality food products made from scratch using organically grown ingredients whenever possible.
The menu included coffee, espresso, tea, beverages, soups, salads, sandwiches, pastries and desserts, many of them vegetarian and vegan.
