Nestled in the Sierras, our comfortable, clean & spacious 1,700 sq.
ft., tri-level, 4-bed, 3 bath lodge sleeps up to 12 people & is an ideal destination for families, couples, and outdoor enthusiasts.
Can you say ladies weekend away or perhaps a guy's trip? Enjoy being surrounded by nature while still having those hotel like amenities of free WiFi, high speed internet, cable tv on flatscreen tv's.
Fully equipped kitchen with counter seating, dining room table, living room and washer and dryer on main floor.
Open floor plan is great for entertaining.
Cozy up to the woodburning stove in the main living room equipped with a 48" flatscreen smart tv with HD cable, blue ray player, Netflix, as well as a library of dvd movies..

When you arrive sit and relax on our private front deck and marvel at the gorgeous trees surrounding the lodge while enjoying a glass of wine from one of our local mountain wineries.
Breath in the mountain air and watch the deer that meander by almost daily.
Let your children run around playing or let them have fun adventures while exploring nature in the half acre yard, where they can play horseshoes in the summer and build snowmen and sled in the winter.

On the main floor you will find 2 bedrooms (one sleeps 2 with a queen bed and the second sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk bed and another twin), 1 full bathroom, a kitchen (with counter seating), living room with a wood burning stove and dining room.
There are breathtaking views from nearly every window, with the illusion that you are staying in a tree house..

Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with a queen bed and it's own private full bathroom.
The master also has it's own balony with amazing views..

Our fun basement is an attached bungalow bunk house which includes a 4th bedroom and recreation room with two built in twin bunks and a queen futon sleeper.
This bedroom sleeps 4.
It also has a foosball table, flat screen tv with cable, wii game console with a small selection of games, DVD player, and it's own full bath.
The basement bunk house has it's own private entrance and a telephone with intercom to the main level of the house..

Blue Bear Lodge is located in Blue Lake Springs which means guests have access to fantastic private recreation facilities including two private lakes with beaches, a private pool, private play structure with swings and slide for your children, baseball diamond, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, along with large private picnic and BBQ areas not to mention a poolside snack shack and private restaurant..

The nearby winter highlight is Bear Valley Ski resort for downhilll and cross country skiing with runs for every skill level.
For kids and family fun there are also snow-parks nearby for sleds & saucers.
