Detailed description is Breeding Thoroughbred Racehorses Horse racing has always been a passion for my father and I.
Through college I realized that I wanted to work in the Thoroughbred Breeding/Racehorse Industry for the rest of my life and dad jumped on the idea of starting a breeding business together.
So in November of 2014 Blu-Sky Stables LLC became a real business (we had always talked about it) and by February of 2015 we adopted Southern Classic, from Bowman Second Chance Thoroughbreds, a 2007 chestnut mare by Southern Image out of Stutz Classic (Regal Classic).
She came down to Iowa State University with me and by the end of March that she was in foal.
This is just the beginning for us and have big dreams to fulfill ahead!.
