Detailed description is Bimini Bay is a 4 bedroom 3 bath, newly renovated vacation rental home located just 2 short blocks to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island, Florida.
Bimini Bay is an irreproachable 4 bedroom, 3 bath ground-level home tucked away on the quiet north end of Anna Maria.
Previously a duplex, both units were completely gutted and combined to bring you this gorgeous 4 bedroom home with its own private heated pool and spacious, tropical backyard.
No expense was spared to procure this perfect family vacation home! The finishing touches to the renovation process were completed in June of 2016 allowing Bimini Bay to open its doors for the first lucky vacationers on June 11th, 2016.
One of the abounding upgrades was raising the ceiling in the open-concept living area to provide a more spacious and sun-filled spot for relaxing or entertaining guests.
A new pool with heater and pump, paver deck, privacy fencing and lush island-inspired landscaping were installed on the exterior.
Internally, Bimini Bay benefited from a new water heater, A/C system, tile flooring, kitchen/laundry appliances and 3 huge sliding glass doors looking out to the pool.
It might as well be called new construction, because Bimini Bay has been modernized from the ground up! The location couldn't be better.

All that's left to do is whip-up a home cooked meal on the propane grill and enjoy it poolside! The front door opens up to the beautiful kitchen with an island and stainless steel appliances on your left, and the custom wooden dining table.
The living area boasts a large flat screen smart TV along with two couches and two chairs.
There is a king in the first bedroom with en-suite bath, a king in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third and fourth bedrooms.
Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen HDTV.
