I recently worked with Billy on purchasing a commercial property here in Alpine, Wyoming in December of 2013.
Billy’s vast knowledge of the construction industry and his years as a building contractor were essential in making me feel comfortable with the purchase and pointing out any possible defects I may have otherwise overlooked and offering relatively simple remedies to correct those defects.
The purchase was finalized in a matter of weeks and was a painless affair.
