The Bilalian Halal Association is designed to bring the responsibility for halal certification, standardization, and implementation to the Bilalian community in America.
We believe halal to be the community's business.
The responsibility to bear the standard, and the revenue generated by that effort is our trust, responsibility, and resource.
Our mission is to provide quality assurance to the halal industry, and to eliminate the discrepancies in the regulation of the halal standard.
Our intention is to engage our entire community to be involved in the process of regulating the halal standard..

The Bilalian Halal Association will be the sole representative of the Bilalian community, and the codification, certification, and branding will be regulated by our membership.
Our masjids, imams, and general membership will all be involved in establishing and maintaining the halal standard.
Our unique 27 point grading system will inspect and regulate all aspects of halal certification.
We will not only certify halal products, but also production and packaging.
We will assure our community that our products are not only the finest available, but also that every product is produced by the most stringent humane and ethical means.
We will engage our community to establish and maintain the most comprehensive database of haram products, ingredients and processes.
