Detailed description is Welcome to the Big Island Oasis on the east side of the Big Island Hawaii.
Exclusive for FAST members and their friends and families.
Aloha Friends and FAST members, I'm getting close to offering my vacation rental on the Big Island Hawaii to the public.
I'm finishing up my cabin on my adjacent property to stay in while vacationers are renting.
Until then, my partner (Dawn) and I are staying in the downstairs Ohana.
We'll probably be at work mostly.
I'm a medevac pilot and she's a science teacher.
She'll be gone all day during the week and I'm on call day or night so it varies.
The downstairs Ohana is completely separate from the upstairs.
Separate entrance-no shared spaces.
Anyway, until the cabin is done and art is picked out for the rental, I thought I'd offer it at 1/2 price ($100/night) to our friends and the FAST group until the end of the year.
It's located 20 minutes south of the Hilo airport on the coast or a 2 hour (beautiful) drive from Kona (some people are flying in or out of Kona if there are more flights available).
30 minutes from Volcano National Park.
Close to hot ponds, epic waterfalls, snorkeling, surfing, great farmers markets and lava viewing.
Gorgeous road trips to the green and black sand beaches (turtles), Hamakua Coast, Mauna Kea, Waimea, and Kona.

This gorgeous house sits on one very private acre in Hawaiian Paradise Park.
The second floor overlooks lush, tropical landscaping and a beautiful pool with waterfall and patio.
The entire second floor has a roomy wrap around lanai and gives the feeling of being in a tree house.
2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room/1 bath.
Queen size inflatable bed available.
The property is filled with tropical flowers and fruit trees such as orchids, anthuriums, plumeria, bananas, star fruit, coffee, sugar cane, avocado, lychee, mango, pineapple, cashew, coconuts and more.
There is a new charcoal grill by the pool (we provide the charcoal) as well as snorkel gear, surf boards, coolers, and beach toys..

There's free wireless internet, tv with HDMI for iPads etc, DVD player, and cable.
Washer/dryer/1 dedicated parking space.
No deposit, no fees, no charge for missed days or cancellations.

No smoking or pets.
Kids are welcome, but must be supervised outside.
The property is fenced, but the pool and other natural deep ponds are not.
The terrain is uneven and the pool is a naturally shaped pool with sloping sides and very deep in the center.
