About Me: Passion.
Passion for life, health, and joy! I chose to focus my passion in college by training to be a Physical Therapist.
Over a span of 15 years I practiced in inpatient, outpatient, nursing home and home health settings bringing a broad scope of experience to my background.
I have also had advanced training in the McKenzie Method for low back pain, cervicogenic and tension headache management, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, biofeedback, relaxation and stress management, Graston Technique, Kinesio Taping Method, and Pilates.

Working with patients to regain physical health, strength, and mobility was rewarding but over time I wanted to have the freedom to do more with my practice.
Four years ago, I chose to pursue a long time dream of a business incorporating whole body health and wellness...Better Living With Balance, LLC began in the spring of 2011.
Expanding my training, I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and have earned my Group Exercise Certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
I also have additional training in nutrition, sports nutrition, and life coaching..
