As both Nimesh and Thilini were rookies, they struggled to find a place to showcase their skills.
This is where, one of their friends came up with the idea to start freelancing on oDesk.
Without a second thought, they decided to move up with oDesk.
After many ups and Downs, they could successfully place their names in a demandable place on oDesk within a short period.
All these times, their desire was to start something of their own, something truly exceptional.
After a several successfully executed projects on oDesk, Thilini took the responsibility of starting an Agency on oDesk.
This was the initial step in the path of achieving their desired goal.
As a result of many hardships, Thilini fruitfully started Best Workers Agency at their first major milestone..
