Detailed description is Kundalini yoga and meditation classes taught by Bernice Rudolph in her private and serene Studio City home.
Bernice Rudolph's first yoga experience was Kundalini Prenatal Yoga with Gurmukh Khalsa in 1990.
She went on to practice Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Hatha Flow for 12 years and was drawn back to Kundalini Yoga in 2002.
She trained as an IKYTA Kundalini Yoga teacher under the guidance of the master teachers Gurmukh, Tej, Harijiwan, and Gurshabd in 2011, and became a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher in The Khalsa Way in 2013 under the guidance of Gurmukh and Tej.
Bernice is also trained to be a Doula.
She has a deep respect for these ancient teachings, and through beautiful mantras, kriyas, and meditations brings to her classes the serenity and joy this practice has brought to her life.
