Since her return to Canada 15 years ago, Ana has received a Teacher Training Certificate studying with Cynthia Funk and Jonathan Austman at the Yoga Sanctuary, and later completed an Advanced Teacher Training program with Hart Lazer.
She has had the honor of studying yoga therapy techniques with TKV Desikachar and Menaka Desikachar.
Over the last decade, Michael Siddall has become her teacher and dear friend.
