Beaconsfield Upper Primary School is located 10kms north of Berwick and Pakenham in a semi rural community about 50kms east of Melbourne.
Beaconsfield Upper Primary School (BUPS) provides a vibrant learning environment, focusing on the successful engagement of students as active participants in learning life-long skills and knowledge that will prepare them for a society that will require good information and communication skills, independence and the ability to work effectively with others as a team.
Our strong pastoral care system and relevant curriculum are seen as integral parts in enabling each student to reach his or her full potential intellectually, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

BUPS teams regularly win major district events such as inter-school events as well as swimming, cross country and athletics.
Many students progress to compete at the Zone level, Regionals and at State Finals.
In recent times, our students has been selected in the Victorian Primary Schools Football Team, captained the State swim team and experienced outstanding success in equestrian events as well as the RACV Human Powered Vehicle championships held annually at Maryborough.
Last year, our school was successful in winning the Casey District Cross Country Championship.
BUPS is the current cluster Chess Champion as well as the runners up of the Primary Schools Public Speaking Competition organized by the Rotary Club of Pakenham..

A highlight for our Arts Festival each year is the school production.
The production involves children from each year level performing on stage further enhancing their expression and public speaking confidence.
Our school choir has been involved with the State's School Spectacular "Joining the Chorus" over the past 8 years.
As well as a weekly Music lesson, all students have the opportunity to be involved with the instrumental music program which includes learning to play the keyboard, guitar, drums and the flute.
