Johnson Roses Inc., founded in 1927 by Edward N.
Johnson, was a lead distributor of roses in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire for six decades.
They were well known for their fresh roses grown right from their Woburn, MA greenhouse.
During the 1990’s, Johnson’s shifted production from their Woburn location, to company-owned farms in Ecuador, in order to keep up with the growing demand for roses.
In this time, they were able to expand their product line and import flowers directly from farms, by developing strong partnerships with many growers and exporters world wide.

Founded in 1952 by a group of local florists, Bay State Florist Supply of Waltham, MA, quickly evolved into a wholesale florist supplier.
By the end of the 70’s, the company was operating out of 6 locations throughout the New England Area and was the predominant floral supplier on the East Coast.
