Detailed description is Launceston mum who makes cakes in her 'spare time' - I really love what I do & everything I bake is baked with love!! Cooking & baking is something I have always enjoyed doing- especially if the food will be enjoyed by other people!! .
One of my favourite things is to see someone enjoying a meal or baking creation I've made, it inspires me to try different foods, flavours & techniques.

When my daughter was born in March 2013 I decided I wanted to learn how to make her birthday cakes, I started with my own birthday cake in Nov 2013 & it has blossomed from there..
I've completed both a beginner & intermediate course via another local cake decorator with over 20 years experience.
From these courses I've learnt numerous techniques & spent many hours practicing - it's therapeutic for me :).
