Pulled pork sandwiches 2 sizes a 5" bun and 3" buns.
A litter of piglets which are BBQ pork sliders.
We will have pulled pork, smoked quail, Smoked Rib plates.
We are going to be also doing a Big Pig Dinner which will feed about 4 people.
BBQ pig fries which are my favorite.
Baby Back Ribs, smoked quail by the bird.
On the kids menu we will have BBQ sandwiches, Pork sliders, and Grilled Cheese.
