Thank you for taking the time to learn about my cheese and hear my story! I am a 6th generation farmer and I am committed to producing high quality milk and turning it into high quality cheese! My creamery is tucked away in the eastern region of the Appalachian Mountains of Pennsylvania.
I milk a handful of purebred Holstein cows that carry some of the best pedigrees in the world.
I market their genetics world-wide through exporting embryos and bull stud sales and also through exhibition of the animals themselves.
My cows receive top-notch care and are truly the center of my business..

I started learning about cheese several years ago, taking small courses here and there to learn different techniques and backgrounds of cheese.
I finally opened my own creamery in October 2016 debuting with fresh curds, which were, thankfully, well received.
I am continuously trying new cheeses and seeing what may work in my set-up.
