I had spent many years being a social worker and helping children who had been abused or neglected but I felt it was time to give myself fully to my own family.
It brings me such joy to be able to watch my children grow, smile and learn about life with me there by their side..

After deciding to leave the mainstream workforce, the passion for sewing grew and grew.
I have been beyond blessed to turn this little hobby of mine into a source of income for my family.
I never saw myself as a creative person until I sat behind the sewing machine.
I love to create new things from vintage and new fabrics, to give purpose to things that may have otherwise been thrown away.
I am obsessed with gorgeous high quality fabrics and I get excited about pairing together the perfect fabric pattern combinations..
