It is a spacious bungalow style Villa with 520 m2 total area and 200 m2 internal, on a corner position.
The estate is quiet and yet is only minutes away from central Pattaya with its great shopping malls, famous nightlife, street markets and beautiful beaches.

The villa was built 10 years ago but has just had a renovation costing over 50,000 Euro that was completed in December 2015.
It has been completely refurbished throughout to a high standard with quality stylish brand new furniture and furnishings.
It is tastefully decorated and furnished with contemporary paintings in each room from a local artist to create a fresh, modern, stylish and relaxing home..

The villa enjoys a lovely architecture with a large 9m x 9m L-shaped living room and high-vaulted ceilings giving an open and airy feel.
The large 8m x3.5m kitchen is fully equipped with all new utensils, large fridge/freezer, gas hob cooker, electric oven, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
All rooms have new spotlights and lamps to match the mood.
There are 4 large double bedrooms and beds with luxurious, pocket-sprung mattresses (as used in the top 5 star resorts).

Each bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside table with light, mirrors, curtains with tie-backs and pictures.
The master and second bedrooms also have dressing tables with extra drawers and make-up mirrors.
There are 2 bathrooms each with a toilet, shower and black granite tops fed by a 150 litre hot water tank.
The master bedroom bathroom has an ensuite walk-in shower with 2 “His and Hers” sinks and a large bath.
It also has built-in wardrobes and chests of drawers plus a dressing area with tall mirrors.
All of the bedrooms are equipped with ultra-quiet air conditioning (AC) units as well as the latest silent, efficient and stylish low-energy DC ceiling fans to ensure a nice cool good night’s sleep.
The remaining rooms also have new ceiling fans and AC units.
One bedroom – the “Jungle” room – is surrounded by tropical garden plants and has a sliding door that opens directly to it..

The roof space has been treated with insulation to keep the house cool during the hot day sun which means that the ceiling fans can keep the house cool without the need to run the AC.

The outside dining area offers plenty of shaded seating with 6 wicker chairs and dining table next to the kitchen with a wall-fan and outside spot lights, perfect for those relaxing BBQ evenings.
