Cafeteria style service.
focused on keeping true to the regional American Barbecue experience.
B 'n' G barbecue will be a limited service, speed barbecue restaurant.
We will be focusing our service more on the to go and delivery aspects of our restaurant than the sit down service.
This does not mean that there won't be any place to sit, or that we are going to neglect our in house customers.
There will be no traditional servers, we will have a front kitchen and a back kitchen.
The front kitchen will take your order, slice or shred your meat to order, finish your mac and cheese to order, deep fry your deep fried goodness to order, and dish up everything else for you.
If you take your brown paper bag full of barbecuey goodness to go, or choose to not wait and find yourself one of our 20 seats and dig in there, that is up to you..

Our main focus is going to be on offering the best possible barbecue experience.
This is achieved through a combination of great service and great, honest, regional american barbecue cuisine.
Barbecue has four major flavor components: the meat, the smoke, the rub, and the sauce.
We plan on offering cuisine smoked over the traditional woods of the various regions.
We will use regional appropriate rubs and sauces, this means no rub or sauce on the brisket as it cooks in the traditional Texas style.
It means the ribs may be wet or dry, depending on whether we are offering both the St Louis style and the Memphis style or not.
It means we will be using a rub and a vinegar based sauce on our Carolina pulled pork, which will be done in a ubiquitous Carolina style, more akin to North Carolina barbecue, since we will be doing shoulder and not whole pig.
We may, once things are up and running, even venture into California barbecue and do a Tri-Tip smoked over grape vines..

We will be open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 am - 10 pm, at first.
