Detailed description is Мета УАМФ - налагодження співробітництва між ЄС та Україною у напрямах аграрної освіти, науки, бізнесу та розвитку сільських територій.
Украинская ассоциация молодых фермеров работает с 2002 года.
Цель создания УАМФ – налаживание сотрудничестве между Европейским Союзом и Украиной в направлениях аграрного образования, науки и бизнеса.

Основные направления деятельности УАМФ: .
- реализация международных программ стажировки студентов и молодых специалистов аграрной сферы, развитие кадрового потенциала отрасли АПК Украины согласно стандартам ЕС; .
- информационное обеспечение молодых фермеров касательно ведущих технологий в сельскохозяйственном производстве, современного аграрного менеджмента и европейских стандартов качества продукции;.
- налаживание международных связей между учеными, специалистами агробизнеса, образовательными учреждениями, предприятиями с целью обмену научными и технологичными разработками в аграрной сфере, а также реализации грантов;.
- налаживание тесного сотрудничества предприятий аграрной сферы с иностранными партнерами и инвесторами.

Для повышения квалификации молодых специалистов, мы предлагаем временное их трудоустройство в передовых европейских аграрных компаниях (номер лицензии на посредничество в трудоустройстве за границей №939 от 29.08.2016).
