My classes include a mixture of (vinyasa) flowing dynamic movement, static stretches using yoga props (pranayama) breathing exercises, meditation offering variations for each individual student.
I integrate poses from many different styles of yoga, giving students variety and keeping them learning and interested.
I offer a personalized experience in a friendly group environment leaving you refreshed and revitalized.
Also by appointment only private, therapeutic, one on one session are available as well.
