Nous proposons des cours de yoga adultes, féminin, masculin, enfants, adolescents, parent/enfant, pré/post natal, et des cours intitulés "Gold" pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés articulaires et qui n'ont pas envie d'en faire trop (certains diront les seniors mais pas que ; avec le yoga on peut être plus jeune à 60 ans qu'à 30 !)..

Pour être en accord avec nos valeurs, nous avons fondé atOmYoga sous forme de SCIC : une Société Coopérative d'Intérêt Collectif..
Chacun est invité à devenir coopérateur ou associé selon ses besoins ou ses envies (usager, bénévole, salarié, partenaire, prestataire, etc.)..
L'idée étant de partager ses expériences afin de développer le groupe, et ce sur un même pied d'égalité (pour les salariés par exemple, un salaire unique a été instauré)..
