2017 is 25 years when Melih started his hobby to be a DJ.
He practiced after school in the club where he worked behind the bar – yes seriousy he worked with just 15 behind the bar in a nightclub in his hometown.
His first set was in this night club in Ingolstadt where he spun his first records in a age of 15.
It was one of his most magical moment and soon his hobby became his lifetime part.
He never felt like to must do this to live it was more for his heart which is still the case after 25 years.
After his first show it became more and more.
He played for many events in his hometown and arround and with 17 he made his first own party where he expected aprox 400-500 people.
At the end he had over 1200 guests which as insane for him.
After 4 years spinning in his hood he felt like to do the next step and moved to Munich where he started a few residencies at the legendary Fat Fugo or Mandarin Lounge where he played next to the likes Woody, Sven Vath, DJ Hell and many more and further shows at Ultraschall, Parkcafe, KW ect....
Then he became part of Partysan where he hosted events like Rave On Snow, Thai Break, Rave On Cruise and yearly Love Parade Berlin with own trucks of Partysan and their events.
His biggest strike in Munich which he is still proud to was part of is Pulverturm, where he was resident till the end and fun every sunday with the likes Loco Dice, Chris Liebing, Sven Vath, Richie Hawtin, Westbam, .
With Partysan he also got a few international gigs and was invited to Spain (Barcelona at Moog), Russia, Austria, Switzerland (Zurich at Streetparade, Rohstofflager, Supermarket) just to name a few.
His biggest show in his young age which he still remebers as it was yesterday, the Millenium Beach Party of San Miguel at Boracay Beach, Phillipines.Many shows follow from Space or El Divino Ibiza to Club Most Moscow, U60311 Frankfurt, Tribehouse Neuss, Sage Club Berlin, Distilary Leipzig, 2019 Istanbul, Le Rachuinges Girona, Rohstofflager & Supermarket Zurich, Blueparade, L&M Festival Chilabrinks, PopKom, MTV Events, SonneMond&Sterne, Club Color Kestay and many more… There were no big artist in that time he hasn´t played with.
2007 he started with producing tracks and did several collaborations with George Morel or Jean-Claude Ades or Jerom Isma-Ae, Joe T.
Vannelli and others.
Also a few remixes and own releases on labels like Ministry Of Sound, Groove On, Frequenca, Swing, Opaque, Rise Up and others.
He always stayed loyal to his heart and never let anyone steel his passion to music.
He let himself play when ever he wanted and not when he had to as his main business as agent/management allowed him to follow this direction.
In 2014 it was time for changes and concentrate more on his dj & producer career and invest more time on productions and shows.
So he changed his alter ego from MELIH ASK to ASK:ME.
Since then he´s producing and djing under his new alter ego ASK:ME..

2017, after 25 years Melih thinks to go on tour seriously and to celebrate the whole year 2017 with different people and several clubs, events & festivals this special anniversary.
This was reason enough for FAZE Mag to do an interview for their March issue.
