● Promover e manter obras, projetos e toda e qualquer forma de organização voltada para a promoção humana e da cidadania, à saúde, à assistência social e religiosa;.
● Prestar assistência social, fisioterapica, psicológica, fonoaudiológica, médica, farmacológica e encaminhamento hospitalar aos destinatários dos serviços desenvolvidos no ASVP, priorizando os abrigados, as pessoas carentes e os usuários do Sistema Único de Saúde – SUS e estendendo-os aos necessitados da comunidade local;.
● Promover a segurança alimentar e nutricional;.
● Promover a inclusão social dos destinatários das políticas públicas de assistência social, garantindo-lhes o acesso aos bens e serviços sociais, como instrumento de combate à pobreza;.
● Valorizar a integração à vida comunitária no campo da assistência social, realizando atendimento, assessoramento, defesa e garantia dos direitos; .
● Promover, incentivar, divulgar e articular serviços e programas de prevenção, educação, saúde, assistência social, orientação, esporte e lazer, visando à inclusão social da pessoa idosa e/ou com deficiência a melhoria de suas condições; .
