Detailed description is ArtCardZ - Golden Images Photography inc I've been a Pro photographer for 22+ years and hold a Photographic Craftsman's degree through Professional Photographers of America(PPA).

I am in the process of building a new page and have not put up a quantity of images at this time.
It is a work in progress.

I am what I call a GP-General Practitioner of photography.
I have photographed nearly a thousand weddings in my career, thousands and thousands of portraits, commercial photography and so on.
I believe if your a Pro photographer you should know your craft inside and out and be able to take on any assignment and do it well.
I work with an associate when the need arises.
I no longer do studio work, I closed my studio several years ago.
The reason being I was doing more managing employees and business work than I was photography which is my love.
The business side of it was also taking a toll on my health, growth is great but with that comes a great deal of stress, something I dislike, plus it was taking a toll on my health.
Therefore I made the tough decision to lay off my employees, close the studio and work on my own.
I still have the ability to do formal portraits if needed, but prefer to do location shoots.
All my work is guaranteed, if you are not happy you don't pay.
I believe if someone spends money they should certainly love what they bought..

I have also lectured and taught workshops to other Pro's from Maine to Nebraska.
I look at my job as fun and believe my philosophy if I have to "work" I'd rather hang up the gear.
I love and enjoy what I do and therefore it is not work but more like "play" time.
I also believe that a photographer needs to connect with clients, otherwise the images do not come out natural..

I presently use high end Canon digital equipment.
I made the cross over from film to digital around 2000.
I was rather late getting into digital compared to my competition, this was because I produce high end images and at the time digital was just not good enough and could not compare to film.
It was not until the technology got better than film that I made the leap into digital.
The camera's I use can produce images up to 40" X 60" inches or larger with no sign of pixilation.
For those of you who are tech savvy I use 21.1 megapixel cameras with only the best lenses money can buy to give a superb, outstanding final image..
