Detailed description is Group Fitness and Vinyasa Yoga.
Private Aerial Yoga, Yoga and Personal Training.
Art of Yoga is currently looking for a bigger space to accommodate larger classes and more room to "FLY".
In the meantime classes are offered in my home studio "The Zen Den" in Traditions of Braselton.
The Zen Den offers a tranquil environment that allows you to really relax and renew during your yoga practice.
There are 3 silks hung, each for different styles and levels of aerial Yoga.
We also offer a gym for fitness based classes that include a variety of equipment to achieve the best workout possible.
All group classes are currently full.
However, we are taking reservations for private and semi private classes.
Please be sure to leave a PM to be put on our waiting list or if you are interested in a private class.

"Group" Rates~ $10 Walk In $35 Monthly.
"Private" Silks $55 per hour (up to 2 people).
"Private Yoga or Fitness $45 per hour (up to 2 people).

Yoga allows us to be conscience of our bodies and breath.
We learn breathing exercises that oxygenate the blood and calm our minds.
We do poses that lengthen the muscles and create stronger cores.
We do stretches that build flexibility and balance.

It helps us to free ourselves of bad habits like shrugging the shoulders and lifting with the shoulders and back.
We learn to remind ourselves to draw our shoulders back and down, lift with our legs and core, and breath deeper.
Consistently being aware of our posture..
Yoga can be done anywhere.
The home, office, car, pool.
I like to teach ways to take yoga with you where ever you go.

It is so important for us to lubricate our joints and stretch daily.
When we don't our joints become stiff.
It makes it difficult to reach, and bend, and be as active as we use to be.
I always say "flexibility is the fountain of youth.
When you're flexible you feel better.
You can do more, and you just feel younger.

It has helped reverse my carpal tunnel and arthritis.
