Amie Godwin was born and raised in a small town in Massachusetts.
She ventured down to Georgia in 2000 where she dabbled in careers such as a customer service clerk, Assistant manager, EMT and now as a Graphic Designer.
She has always loved art but never believed that she was capable of producing it herself.
In 2012, a dear friend saw some work she had done for fun and encouraged her to go to school to enhance the art she had already been doing and this began her long journey in graphic design school.
She isn’t sure which direction she is wanting to take as of yet but feels that is the beauty of art in any form.
You never know where you will be lead, or what will inspire you.
She really enjoys creating logos, which is funny because back when she first started this journey, she hated it.
Now, it’s one of her favorite projects.
Start with a concept and take off with it.
Draw a doodle and have it turn into flowers.
Logo design has the same concept.
But the thing she loves the most is the learning.
