A&M painting used to be Dion's Home Maintenance Services, a business I started just after high school at 18 years old.
The business started from the ground up literally because I started by painting house numbers on curbs as a public service to assist emergency and police agencies effectively locate street addresses that are often obstructed from sight on the house.
I got my first exterior house painting job that I painted entirely with brush and roller.
I traded my services for a van which I would later use as my work vehicle.
The next job was an interior and I started using my profits from curb painting to acquire equipment like ladders, and texture machines.
I continued to grow organically until the housing market took a dive and I moved on to a different career path as a drug and alcohol counselor while still taking on small projects along the way.
I was laid off in May 2016 and now I am back at it again taking on small projects and passing on the entrepreneurial legacy to my sons whom help me run the business.
We understand the importance of family and from our family to yours, we are happy to take on any of your small painting projects.
I plan on building a business that provides teens with and opportunity to learn a trade and work to earn money, feel good about themselves, and learn important core values like how hard work pays off and allows you to achieve your dreams and goals.
