Mondays at 6:30pm & Thursdays at 6:30pm we have Self Defense, ages 10+ and all fitness levels can attend this class!.
Using the basic principles of Jeet Kune Do & Street Fighting, this class teaches you how to quickly and efficiently defend yourself against an attacker in seconds! This is one of our favorite classes to teach!.

Mondays at 5:30pm & Thursdays at 7:30pm we have our NEW Class starting this month, Kettlebell Konditioning! This class kicks your BUTT! 45 minutes (including stretch/warm up before & cool down after) of full body cardio and strengthening workout, rocks your CORE! Bring your own Kettleball or use ours:).

Alternating Wednesdays at 6:30pm is our Strengthen, Stretch & Tone Class, 50 minutes of stretching every muscle and then toning specific targeted areas using non weighted or light weighted exercises Pilates and circuit style!.

Wednesdays ("Worth It" this Session!) at 7:30pm is our Chair Dance Fitness! Using the chair as a prop, we exercise using our own body weight with controlled movement, focusing on our hips, thighs, and butt! The second half of the class we build a choreographed dance routine! Great for the mind, body and soul! One of our Favorites!!.

Alternating Wednesdays at 6:30pm is Muffin Top Removal, 45 minutes of pure ab and oblique training, all abs all the time! Using body weight or lightweight dumbbells, hula hoops, and weighted toning balls!.

One Saturday of each month, we will hold our Self Defense Workshop! Great for beginners and always full of information and hands on practice.
Each month we try to have a new speaker.
For example, we will have a local law enforcement officer presenting definitions and legalities of assault and rape, and the victim's rights.
This is a class you can't afford to miss!.
