We offer affordable prices for Clean, Local, Slow Food!.

We use NY organic, locally-milled high-gluten flour from Champlain Valley Milling, NY, Stoneground non-GMO Wheat and White flours from North Country Farms, and other organic grains that are never bleached, artificially enriched and are produced responsibly.
All of our other ingredients are primarily local, organic, or produced with "beyond organic" practices.
We research our supplier's practices to ensure that our menu items never contain GMOs, trans fat, preservatives, chemicals, dyes, artificial or overly-processed ingredients, or hormones and excessive antibiotics.
The only thing we wash that's green is fresh vegetables (and our compost bin).
