Detailed description is Der Aix-la-Sports ist ein junger Schwimmverein, der es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, allen Menschen in Aachen schwimmen zu lehren.
„Schwimmeeeeen!“, tönt es jeden Samstag durch die Elisabethhalle in Aachen.
Nicht wundern, das sind wir.

Wir, Aix-la-Sports, haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, allen in Aachen schwimmen beizubringen.

In den Morgenstunden unterrichten wir unbegleitete, minderjährige Flüchtlinge.
Dort haben wir schon einige integriert, indem wir sie ebenfalls zu Übungsleitern ausbilden ließen.
Somit werden sie vollwertige Mitglieder des Teams.

In den Nachmittagsstunden sind die Kinder an der Reihe, welchen wir von Seepferdchen über Bronze zu Silber, die Abzeichen abnehmen.
Vorher bereiten wir sie jedoch so gut auf die Aufgaben vor, dass sie es meist locker schaffen, diese zu erfüllen.

Unser Erwachsenenkurs erfreut sich ebenfalls großer Beliebtheit.
In einer eigenen Gruppe am Nachmittag kann in jedem Alter die Schwimmtechnik erlernt werden..

Uns gibt es seit 2014.
Momentan besteht unser Team aus 12 Übungsleitern und Helfern.
Jeder von uns steckt viel Liebe und Energie in den Verein, damit immer wieder sehenswerte Ergebnisse erzielt werden können.
Siehe da, unsere Arbeit lässt sich sehen: wir haben bis jetzt noch jedem Kind Freude am Schwimmen vermitteln können und lassen nicht locker, bis auch wirklich jedes Kind schwimmen kann.
Wir unterrichten in Kleingruppen und sind in der Nichtschwimmerausbildung immer mit im Wasser, sodass jedes Kind individuell betreut werden kann.
