Detailed description is Driver Education The Smith Family has been operating Agawam Auto School since 1981, when Mr.
and Mrs Smith founded the business.
During this time they have employed hundreds of people on a part and full time basis.,for many of these people it was a time of need for them.
During this time the Smith’s have been very active in the community, made financial and time donations to countless organizations, sponsored many sports teams and clubs.
Mr Smith taught public high school in Agawam for 35 Years, coached Agawam sports teams for 30 years and Mr.and Mrs.
Smith have been in the Driver education business for 32 years each.
Their son Gerry has been with the driving school for 26 years and has also coached Agawam sports for 15 years.
His wife Kerry has been in the family business for over a year now and has 9 years of public school teaching experience.

Agawam Auto School has been lucky to have many great instructors throughout the years that have make the school as good as it is.
The current staff is equally as outstanding and very experienced.
Al Mazza has been with Agawam Auto School for 10 years.
Al also has been a motorcycle safety instructor for the state of Massachusetts for 11 years and has coached youth sports in Agawam for better than 10 years.
Pam Votzakis has been with the school for 10 years and has a masters degree in education.
Jen Kakley has been with Agawam Auto school for 10 years and has also been a public school teacher for 10 years as well.
Pam and Neal Crowley have been teaching at the school for 5 and 4 years respectively.
Tom Sgroi has been teaching driver’s ed for 12 years, taught public high school for 35 and coached high school sports for another 30.

As a combined current staff they have taught driver education for 160 years, 89 years of public school teaching service and 70 years of coaches kids..
